How to use Theta Meditation?
 

To use Theta Meditation, find a quiet place, free of distraction. After starting the Theta Meditation, close your eyes and try to relax. Keep your eyes closed and your mind open. Take this as a special time for yourself only. Turn off anything that could distract you and choose the most comfortable position and clothes. You may want to drink a glass of water before each Theta Meditation session. Entrainment increases blood flow and metabolism, which can make you thirsty during the Theta Meditation session. Headphones are not required.
