How to use Better Sleep brainwave meditation?

Better Sleep brainwave meditation is not meant to be used to put you to sleep. Instead, it is meant to have permanent effects by restoring control of sleep to your brain. Please listen to Better Sleep daily for at least a week to experience its effects.

If you need something to put you to sleep, you could use the
Sleep Induction brainwave meditation. It is designed to relax you and reduce the chatter in the mind, thus gently guiding you into sleep.

To use Better Sleep brainwave meditation, find a quiet place, free of distraction. After starting the Better Sleep brainwave meditation, close your eyes and try to relax. Keep your eyes closed and your mind open. Take this as a special time for yourself only. Turn off anything that could distract you and choose the most comfortable position and clothes. You may want to drink a glass of water before each Better Sleep session. Entrainment increases blood flow and metabolism, which can make you thirsty during the Better Sleep session. Headphones are not required.
