How to use Athletic Performance brainwave meditation?

The Athletic Performance session is designed to keep you relaxed and focused, while introducing high beta waves to build energy and motivation experience.

In order to experience maximum benefit from Athletic Performance brainwave meditation, you need to visualize yourself performing perfectly during the athletic event, while maintaining relaxed confidence and focus.  

 

To use Athletic Performance brainwave meditation, find a quiet place, free of distraction. After starting the Athletic Performance brainwave meditation, close your eyes and try to relax. Keep your eyes closed and your mind open. Take this as a special time for yourself only. Turn off anything that could distract you and choose the most comfortable position and clothes. You may want to drink a glass of water before each Athletic Performance session. Entrainment increases blood flow and metabolism, which can make you thirsty during the Athletic Performance session. Headphones are not required.
